Hi, I’m Sarah, a Certified Integrative Health Coach (IIN), Yoga Teacher, & Group Fitness Instructor at Orange Theory Fitness.

I’m incredibly passionate about helping ambitious women struggling with PCOS/hormonal issues, gut health issues, and mold illness regain control of their health & wellbeing.

For years, I’ve struggled with painful periods, acne, uncontrollable weight gain, gut issues, brain fog, and the list goes on. After going to countless doctor appointments, I decided to take my health back into my own hands and find a more holistic approach to healing. After a longgg journey to find the root cause of my illnesses, I was diagnosed with celiac disease, PCOS, and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (aka mold illness).

With patience, time, and a whole lot of experimenting, I’m slowly regaining my health & wellness back – healing is a life-long journey after all!

When I’m not busy helping people smash their health & wellness goals, I’m taking or teaching a hot yoga class, going on hot girl walks, grabbing dinner with my friends, or traveling the world. I recently went to Ibiza & had an absolute BLAST partying until the wee hours of the morning with my bffs (yes, you read that right – you found a health coach that still enjoys going out from time to time ;)

  • Health coaches work with clients to facilitate behavioral lifestyle changes while taking into account your overall physical, emotional, & spiritual health and wellbeing.

    So often, doctors have little to no time to show their patients how to create lasting healthy changes in their lives – and that’s where we come in!

    According to the CDC, 60% of Americans have at least one chronic illness and 40% have 2 or more illnesses. Not to mention that the average female in the U.S. spends $361,200 in her lifetime on healthcare!

    Working with a health coach has been a proven way to dramatically increase vitality & wellbeing and help manage stress. It is an investment to take care of your health & wellbeing, but by investing in yourself earlier on in life, you have the ability to rewrite the narrative of your health story and live a full, vibrant life.

    -Honor your bio-individuality & help you become in tune with your own individual needs

    -Recommend certain foods, recipe ideas, supplements, exercise, skincare products, and other lifestyle changes to help with your specific condition

    -Help you figure out the best foods/diet that works for you

    -Refer you to your doctor for lab & blood work

    -Prescribe medication or a specific diet/meal plan

    -Order lab or blood work

    -Diagnose you with a specific condition

  • The short answer – yes!! You don’t have to start you health & wellness journey until this get rough; in fact, it’s best to start when you are already feeling good!

    I believe health & wellness is a life-long healing journey, and we have the ability to continuously improve ourselves from the inside out. By taking control of your health & wellness journey from the get-go, you can ensure that you will life a vibrant, health-filled life!

  • If you are looking for a more personalized and hands-on approach that allows you to cover a multitude of topics & health concerns, 1:1 Coaching might be the best option for you. If you are looking for community and to jumpstart your heath journey, Group Coaching might be the best option for you.

    All this to say, this decision is very personal and individual. If you are stuck between which program to do, I’d be more than happy to hop on the phone to help guide you to making the right decision for you!

  • 1:1 Coaching includes weekly 45 min virtual coaching calls, an in-depth health & wellness protocol, meal prep & recipe ideas, a private WhatsApp community with other like-minded clients, and weekly newsletters with Sarah’s health & wellness tips!

  • Everything that 1:1 Coaching offers except an in-depth, personalized health & wellness protocol. Rather, participants will receive various other pamphlets and documents specific to the topics we cover in Group Coaching.

  • Currently, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal are accepted.

  • Yes! Payments can be made in full at the start of your program or be broken up into monthly payments.
